Asking "When?" forced me to block a timeslot on the calendar and do only that in the timeslot. If I don't finish, I block another time slot for the next day. It has worked well lately.
It's so interesting that a lot of people feel this - first of all strange - connectiong between time-anxiety and procrastination. But it is actually linked. People who suffer from time-anxiety tend to overcommit, which ultimately leads to overwhelm - and procrastination!
