Great reframing Shanjitha. How questions are positive. They have hope attached to them.

My usual self-sabotaging thought is I can’t communicate with people as an Introvert. But recently I started to work on how can I have meaningful communication as an introvert?

I like your reframing, Shanjitha.

As an introvert myself, I can relate with your narrative.

I really liked this post, Alex! I have been thinking about this recently—how my self-sabotaging thoughts replay doubt and criticism in my mind. One question I've been asking myself is, "Can I really do this?" in regards to building a successful online business. This could easily be turned into, "How can I start this endeavor with the knowledge and tools I already have?" It is definitely more empowering and motivating to feel I have the ability to take action rather than just feeling stuck wondering, "Can I...?"

Hey Ashley, I'm so happy you found this post useful and you liked it. 🤩

It's so often that we get stuck before we even take the first step because we think we need the latest and coolest tools and gadgets.

I really love your reframing, because it is so powerful, action-oriented and under your control. It removes any excuses you could invent. 🤭

Hey Jothi, thanks for engaging.

Indeed it might require more time, however, our brains do some of the work in the background for us and that’s why I like asking these types of questions.

Our brains are incredible. 🧠
